Who benefits & how

Established Businesses

You’ve got a brand, a steady audience, and creative needs — but not enough work (or budget) for a full-time designer. That’s where we come in. We plug in as your creative partner to keep your visuals sharp, consistent, and aligned with your business goals

E-commerce Brands

From product launches to packaging updates and content for every channel — your brand is always in motion. We support you with consistent, on-brand creative so you can focus on sales, strategy, and scale.

Social Media Managers & Marketers

You’ve got the content plan, we’ve got the design muscle. As your creative extension, we produce the assets you need to show up professionally and on time — every time. No more bottlenecks, just beautiful execution.

Creative Founders with No Time

You’re a visionary with a brand that’s growing — fast. But time is tight. We jump in to help you execute all those ideas you don’t have the capacity to bring to life, while staying true to your vision and voice.

Growing Startups & Micro-Agencies

You’re scaling and need reliable creative support, but hiring a full-time designer isn’t in the cards just yet. We provide flexible, high-quality design that evolves with you — no onboarding hassle, just results.

Elevate Plan

SunSeal

"Working with Aleks Petkovic has been an absolute game-changer for our business. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, highly organized, and flexible, meeting us exactly where we were at in our capacity.

Website development was something I had no prior experience with, and amidst the countless other tasks involved in launching a business, it felt overwhelming and impossible to tackle. Aleks took charge, understood our vision, and executed it seamlessly, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.

His ability to interpret our brief, problem-solve, and bring our online presence to life has been invaluable. SunSeal’s website is a direct reflection of his skill, professionalism, and dedication to delivering an outstanding result. If you're looking for a web designer who just gets it done—and does it brilliantly—Aleks is the one."

FAQ's

  • Each plan covers a range of deliverables across key service areas (like social media, email, web, print, etc.). Essentials offers streamlined support to keep things running as well as develop cleaner systems, while Elevate is more hands-on and fully immersion in more facets of the business. Both are highly strategy-focused with clear plans and ways forward developed at the beginning of each phase.

The Essential plan gives you ongoing creative support across the 9 core service areas with a leaner monthly commitment, ideal for small teams or founders. The Elevate plan includes everything in Essential plus deeper involvement, access to more from each service and weekly strategy for brands with frequent launches or more complex needs.

  • It's a flexible, embedded creative partnership where we work directly with your business to support ongoing brand, design, and content needs across multiple areas like social, web, email, and more.

  • Unlike one-off freelancers or traditional agencies, we integrate with your team and workflows. You get consistent, on-brand creative support without the delays or learning curves of onboarding someone new every time you need a new or specific creative task done.

  • Both plans include revisions to ensure the final output aligns with your goals. We aim for clear communication upfront to reduce back-and-forth as well as to ensure we meet your deadlines.

  • Yes, if you need something outside of the monthly scope (like a complete rebrand, new product/package designed), we offer add-on services for one-off projects. See Project Based for more information.

  • We'll collaborate through our project management platform as well as adopting any other forms of communications your business uses. This can be Slack, Teams and of course email. We adapt to your flow so nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Yes, it's a 3-month minimum commitment. This is to allow time for onboarding, workflow setup, and to achieve meaningful creative progress. 3-months gives us all insight into what's worked, what hasn't and where we can improve using the analytics and data over this period.

  • A non-refundable first month deposit is due prior to us beginning our collaboration. We issue invoices monthly.

  • Cancel or pause any time after your first month. All we need is at least 1-weeks notice, in writing, in order to prepare files for handover and complete any tasks in-progress at the time of receiving your notice. Please note that any works completed prior to cancellation or pausing,  will be charged.

  • Each task is completed one-by-one and depends on a variety of factors from priority, due date and more. Each task is given a priority status of High, Medium & Low by you prior to submitting it to the project dashboard. You will also provide us with a reasonable deadline of when you need a specific task completed by followed by its description and details. Rule of thumb: Provide as much clear and direct information to your Personal Creative as possible. This ensures we're clear on what you need done and how you envision it.
